BIG-5 PSYCHOMETRIC

Do You Need To Know The Personality Traits of You or Your Team?

Our personality has a huge influence on who we are personally and professionally and plays an essential role in explaining some of the variation in work performance. There is no set right or wrong, but there is greater or less self knowledge, on our personality type and behaviour. Some people are well organised, some are care free, others are shy, some are more outgoing. Some people are warm and friendly; some are more skeptical and direct. Some people are creative and open to new ideas, some people prefer structure and rules.

The Big-5 psychometric is one of the most respected high quality personality assessments built upon a set of five stable and measurable elements, called traits, that are referred to traditionally as the "Big Five" or OCEAN traits (Opennness, Conscientiousness, Extrovertness, Agreeableness, Neuroticism)

The online Big-5 Test will provide report and measurement of;

I am an Accredited assessor of Big-5, and can arrange a suite of psychometric tests for your or your team, not just for Big-5, but also numerical reasoning, cognitive ability and attitude. This is ideal for recruitment or professional review and career development.

Research shows that the most powerful changes in performance and development extends from activating the strengths that we often under use or just do not know. Most people don’t really know what their strengths are or how to put them to work.
